ExpoCity Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with ExpoCity. We want to ensure clear expectations for your order's delivery. Please review our processing and shipping timelines below.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time

All orders require a handling and production period before they are shipped.

  • Handling Time: It takes 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to process, fulfill, and pack your order.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after your purchase.

2. Shipping & Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, it will be handed over to our shipping carriers.

  • Shipping Time: Transit takes 5-6 working days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Taking processing and transit into account, you can expect your order to arrive at your doorstep in approximately 20 to 21 working days from the date you place your order.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a second email containing your shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with your package's active status.

4. Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

5. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, occasionally postal delays, weather events, or high holiday volumes can impact transit times. If your order is significantly delayed beyond our standard 21-working-day window, please reach out to us so we can investigate.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For International Orders)

ExpoCity is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can attempt to update it before processing begins.
